The KwiHeiDo Test Program connects our product development team with real adult users. Selected participants receive eligible KwiHeiDo products to experience and evaluate in real-world situations.

Tester Program Terms & Conditions
Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, product availability, campaign-specific requirements, privacy terms, and testing conditions.

1. Age Requirement. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Application & Selection. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or receipt of a product.
3. Product Availability. Products, models, specifications, quantities, and testing opportunities may vary by campaign.
4. Honest Feedback. Participants are expected to provide genuine feedback based on their actual experience. Positive feedback is not required.
5. Testing Requirements. Participants should follow product instructions, care guidance, and campaign-specific testing requirements.
6. Content & Privacy. Private feedback does not automatically grant permission to publicly use a participant’s name, image, likeness, photos, videos, or identifiable content.
7. Personal Information. Information may be used to process applications, communicate with selected testers, arrange delivery, administer campaigns, and evaluate feedback under applicable privacy terms.
8. Program Changes. KwiHeiDo may modify, suspend, or discontinue a testing campaign or the Tester Program where reasonably necessary.
9. Campaign-Specific Terms. Individual campaigns may include additional eligibility requirements, deadlines, product limitations, or feedback requirements.
10. Acceptance. By participating, testers acknowledge the applicable program and campaign terms.
