Q1: What types of products do you sell?

Q2: What materials are used for your products? Are they body-safe?

A: Our products are crafted from premium body-safe TPE and silicone. The materials are non-toxic, odorless, flexible and skin-friendly, complying with international safety standards for intimate products.

Q3: What is the difference between standard products and custom products?

A: Standard products are ready in stock, fixed designs, fast shipping. Custom products support personalized size, shape and details, which require production lead time and cannot be returned once manufactured.

Q4: Do you provide product care instructions?

A: Yes. Clean the product before and after each use with warm water and mild cleaner. Keep away from sharp objects, direct sunlight and high temperature for storage.

Q1: How long will it take to ship my order?

A:

• Standard in-stock items: Ship out within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom made products: Production lead time is 2–4 weeks. The exact time depends on your custom requirements. We will inform you of the schedule after confirming your custom design.

Q2: Can I change my custom design after production starts?

A: Once production begins, design modifications are not available. Please double-check all custom details before confirming your order.

Q3: Is there a minimum order quantity for custom orders?

A: Custom orders have MOQ requirements. Please contact our support team for detailed MOQ information.

🚚 3. Shipping & Free Shipping

Q1: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship to most countries worldwide. Some regions have import restrictions for adult goods, please check your local import laws before placing an order.

Q2: How long is the delivery time after shipment?

A: Standard international shipping normally takes 7–20 business days. Delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, local logistics and peak seasons.

Q3: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount. The threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Q4: Who is responsible for customs duties or import taxes?

A: Import duties, VAT and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local tax regulations before purchase.

A: All packages use plain neutral packaging. There are no sensitive words, product images or brand hints on the outer box. Only basic shipping label is attached. Your privacy is fully protected.

Q1: What is your return and refund policy?

 A: Due to hygiene considerations for intimate adult goods:

• Unopened, unused standard products can apply for return within the valid return window.
• Opened, used intimate items, and finished custom products cannot be returned or refunded.

Q2: What can I do if my item arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, and provide photos/videos of the package and damaged goods. We will assess and provide solutions.

Q3: What should I do if I have allergy concerns?

A: Our materials are body-safe. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small skin test before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
